Space Delimited Text line limits

I have a sheet that I want to output to a .prn file and the rows are 270 characters long. It takes the last 30 characters and appends them to the end of the file. I've tried to turn word wrap off on both Notepad and Wordpad and it still doesn't work. This is a file that is for a preprocessor so it's imperative that I have everything on one line.
