SPA3102 How to Connect IP phone to access PSTN line

Anyone have some info or ideas on how to connect a Linksys WIP310 cordless Wifi phone to the SPA3102 adapter and access the dialtone on the FX0 pstn line?

Is it possible to connect an IP endpoint to the SPA3102 and dial through the PSTN line and also receive calls from the PSTN to ring through to the IP endpoint?
