sp_oamethod - library not registered

I have a sql script that calls a stored procedure that copies objects from one database to another. The script works fine on my machine and has done for ages. A colleague has also been running the script without incident. However, now she is getting an error returned by a call to the sp_oamethod stored procedure saying "library not registered". I have no idea as to why this might have started happening all of a sudden.

Any suggestions?

We reinstalled SQL Server and all now seems well. Wish I knew how it happened though!
