I had to update a NW5.1 server from SP2 to SP7 to address a compatibility issue with the backup. That NW5.1 server runs all the GroupWise modules (GW 6.0) including Webaccess which in turn uses the Netscape Enterprise Web server. Now you only get "page not found" or "page cannot be displayed" when trying to get to GW Webaccess or the Netscape admin (port 2200).

I found a TID which indicated NILE.NLM no longer autoloaded. It wasn't loaded so I added the line to load it manually. That resolved a load error for the NSHTTP, but still no access to pages. Both Webaccess and NSWeb server are loaded and the console and logs do not indicate any problem.

Any advice on where to look?

I've seen cases where a Service Pack will overwrite any custom configuration files that exist with the default install version. GroupWise is a good example of this, because generally to get Webaccess working, you have to mess with the files a little and stray from the netware default.

Hopefully you made a backup of your files while putting the suport pack on and you can go look into the web directory and see how the config files looked before you applied the patch. If you did, the files are usually in SYS:SYSTEM\BACKSPx
