SP350 doesn't show caller ID of missed incoming calls

I have an SV8500 and using many SP350 softphones. When the users are away and they are missing an incoming call, it does show up in the missed calls log, but only time and date. It doesn't show the caller ID.
Anybody has any idea where to look to fix it?
