SP30 ringer 1

How can I turn the ringer on on a SP30 or Dterm series E phone?
I have an extension I jusrt programmed for a remote user utilizing the SP30 soft phone client and the display flashes when a call is coming in but there is no audible ring.

Use command 9001 in MOC mode. So 9001>ext#,btn#>1 for ring and 0 is no ring.
