anyone tried it

i beleive there are new undocumented or documented but no one can find them on tsafs etc

I'm very interested for the same reason, tsafs.

Come on, one of you brave souls give it a try, please? I'm a coward when it comes to my production servers.

slap it on a test server today - installed ok

i have a few bits to do but once i finish them - i will slap it on live system next week (ish) to try

i'm merging a few domains etc just now and it's solid on sp1 so dont want to mess around until then

I am running the SP3 client and want the TSAFS stuff too (not so much for backup but for restore) on the agent side..
SP3 client has at least 1 flakey thing - dates in 'date' column lose the year on and off. Otherwise it is behaving. This is on a Win2k desktop (all patches applied), 6.5.2 backend. Seeing stuff on Novell support forums about interesting abends with some of the new TSAFS switches on certain Netware versions and patch levels. I'd read up first. I have to test it, but iCal is supposed to be supported now in the SP3 client which would be a real help around here..

I've got it up and running on the Windows client/server side. I'm having a difficult time with WebAccess installing and with the MAC client that does NOT have a supported 'notify' feature (one of the main reasons for us to upgrade from 6.0--Thanks or something, Novell).

I've had no abbends or other issues and am running it on a Netware 6.5 box.

Tried, use it, like it, whats the question? I think I missed it.

as you know, the GWTSa is no longer needed, go into your smsstart.ncf file and add the switch /EnableGW=yes after the TSAFS command.

Did I answer the question? not sure, I think I wasn't paying attention.

Q:You know how many people with ADD it takes to change a light bulb?

A: Oh, look a bunny.

That's what I wanted to know.
