I have 3 DCs and 2 Member Servers (all Windows 2000). In what order do I apply SP3 to the servers? Do I need to run SP3 on the PDC Emulator (holds all master roles too) first and if so do all the other DCs and member servers need to be taken down before applying the service pack to this server? Also, if a DC holds all the master roles can it ever be restarted without taking down the rest of the servers first?
