sp3 error running script: sp3_serv_uni.sql (1)

I am attemting to install sp3 and I get the error:
error running script: sp3_serv_uni.sql (1)

When I check my version now it is:
8.00.760 sp3 standard edition

Do I have a problem?
Is ther a fix?
