SP2 windows XP

Hi All

I have just had SP2 installed and I think that this is causing me problems logging into my S8700 from an internal modem on my laptop. All was fine i think until this was installed, I cannot remove SP2 as my co will not allow it, does any one have any ideas. PS my remote sites are not on any network, you can only dial in via a modem.

Ask your IT department to remove patch number 911280.

Remove updates since June 20th one of them have caused this problem
