I have an Active/Passive Exchange 2003 Cluster that I tried to install SP2 on. I've installed SP2 on the Passive node and then tried to upgrade the Exchange Virtual server. When I do that I get the following error:

Not Enough Resources are available to complete this operation.

Facility: Win32
ID no: c00706b9
Microsoft Exchange Cluster Administrator Extension

The error window's tite says: Microsoft Exchange Cluster Administrator Extension

I can still bring the Exchange server up on the Active Node...but of course it's not upgraded yet. Any ideas? We are running these clusters on Windows 2003 Enterprise server, SP1.
