SP2 logon problems 1

Hi All since I have installed sp2 onto server 2003 it now takes about 5-10minutes to log on to via the server or a remote desktop session. We have installed the service pack onto 5 other servers with no problem like this. The server in question has ISA 2004 installed on it. Has anyone had similar problems and is there a way to resolve this issue
