I'm having trouble applying SP1 to Exchange 2010. When doing the upgrade, I get this error:

Organization Prerequisites
Failed

Error:
The Active Directory Schema is not up-to-date, and this user account is not a member of the 'Schema Admins' and/or 'Enterprise Admins' group.

And this shows up in the Event log:

ExSetupUI.exe
3120
SIPAccessService (Microsoft.Exchange.Data.ProtocolConnectionSettings)
msExchSIPAccessService

the message resource is present but the message is not found in the string/message table

The ID I'm using is a member of Domain Admins, Enterprise Admins, and Schema admins. Any help is appreciated.

Log on to your schema master as a schema admin. Using the SP1 media, run setup /PrepareSchema
and see what happens.
