Have a customer with MICS I think it is a 4.1
SP:30ndg04NAT
Can anyone tell me where I can find a complete list of the codes I have some of the older ones but they never seem to match the codes I'm looking for. Very frustrating.....

is the SP number you put there exactly what you see? One capital letter goes a long way.

MICS 4.1 v6.04

be careful with PRI on this working issue. Known problems --this version has been upgarded to 4.1 v6.13 and then v6.15 within the 4.1 release
