ok quick basics on reading SP's
30 is BNR (no I don't know what that acaronym is either)
CP is the software version ie 6.1
E06 is the production working issue 5.06 (normally you don't do much with this number it is a sub release of the version)
If voting could really change things, it would be illegal.
