can anyone help?
using a stored procedure as dataset. i am only getting 1 line of results back in the preview tab when I am expecting 3 lines as I get in the data tab..

assuming you have the data in a table - are you sure you have got the data in the detail of the table, rather than the header / footer - also, is the field name on the design tab wrapped in a first()?

thanks for the reply but I managed to get this working shortly after posting my problem.
once the report parameters are passed the report calls the dataset which uses a command type of stored procedure. the results on the layout page are displayed in a table and give the results I was expecting from my stored procedure, previously I had tried to get the results displayed in a list which didnt work!
