We have a remote office on a subdomain, currently when an admin user tries to create wiki site she gets the following
Provision did not succeed. Details: Failed to initialize some site properties for Web URL: ' OriginalException <nativehr>0x80070005</nativehr><nativestack></nativestack>

When she tries to create a page : Access Denied (Sign in as a different user)
This only happens when she is using her subdomain login, when we created a local domain login everything worked flawless. This can only be a very temporary solution.
