The other day, I went to nyteldirect's website to see how much replacement hard drives for the Avaya Merlin Messaging (R4) were going for these days.
Much to my dismay, listings for all replacement hard drives have been dropped from the website and the company's homepage now sports a generic message.![[sad] [sad] [sad]](/data/assets/smilies/sad.gif)
I tried calling nyteldirect, but I am sent to a Verizon intercept saying that the phone number has been temporarily disconnected.
Planning for the worst case scenario (nyteldirect goes "toes-up"), are there any other vendors that sell direct replacement drives for Avaya voicemails![[ponder] [ponder] [ponder]](/data/assets/smilies/ponder.gif)
Right now, I'm not in need of any replacement drives, but I want to be prepared so when the time comes, I'll be able to order some.
If it ain't broke, I haven't fixed it yet.
