Source Priority - ARCserve 11.5

I've seen recommendations of setting one drive to backup first using "Source Priority" but I can't find the option.

I have a Windows Server with a local tape drive and copy of ARCserve that I would like the D: Drive backed up first, but all Drives and the System Settings are all on the same Server and backed up in the same Job. How do I set the Source Priority for each Drive?
