Can you tell me why run map is failing with "Source not available" rc=12 but the map log shows that it read the input file without error? the the trace file indicates the same.

Can you include the audit log? Is there more that one input card in the map? Could it be that the map is supposed to delete the input but the user doesn't have write access?
