Source for MLX flex boards

Does anyone have a good source for the flex boards for MLX phones? I read a while back that this was a problem in many MLX sets causing the sets to stop responding (dead buttons). I've got a couple 10Ds and a 20L I'd like to get back up and running.

Is it just a matter of removing that plastic board with the LEDs and replacing it with a new one? I've taken apart the phones and have cleaned them, but it still locks up.
