Can anyone suggest sources for locating historical memory prices? I am looking at a ton of old memory, and trying to figure out what they paid for it in 2000 and 2001, and wonder what would it be worth today.

Any suggestions highly appreciated!

Try pricewatch or the like to see what it is selling for. What it cost is of no help if you are trying to sell it. Most buyers only care what it will cost them.

Like when it was common that memory went for about 30 bucks per megabyte?

There's a slew of articles still available using google.

Imagine a 1Gb stick of memory costing about 31,000 dollars today.
