Source Caller ID Pass Through on PRI

Using a BCM with either one or two PRI's is there a way to have the source Caller ID passed through on an outbound transfer? Even using the telco? I've heard of an option called release trunk transfer which sometimes will cost you extra, but allows you to transfer a call outbound and release yourself from the PRI not tying up any of your channels. Anybody know first hand on this?
