Soundstation Polycom Speaker Phones 1

We have Polycom phones are analog so we have them configured as 500. The problem I,m having is configuring the FLASH key so that they can dial and conference in another person.
If I add Conference 6 party I get the following error:
SCH2099 XFA COS required for C6A.

Could someone explain what I need to turn on.

xfa is transfer allowed. you must have this turned on in cls for conference to work.
