We have a SoundStation EX that management insists on using. For the life of me, I cannot determine why I can't direct/forward/transfer any incoming calls to its extension. I can call it internally and it will work just fine and I can make internal calls and external calls from the device. If I call our main line with a with my cell and then try to transfer it, the Soundstation EX will blink and beep indicating there is an incoming call. However, when I try to answer it, the call is completely silent on both ends.
