I have an mp3 that I would like to put in my flash movie, it is 2.88 MB [I know that is too big] I am trying to figure out how to make it smaller without sounding bad. I have a video [the extension is .wmv.asx] that I downloaded off the internet that is only 266 bytes, it sounds great. I don't understand why my mp3 is so much bigger than that and I can't make it any smaller without cutting the quality dramatically.
I have an audio editor and can cut it down to 808kb but when it repeats it sound like it is being cut off no matter how I fade the beginning and end. Also how do I get it to loop the length of the movie? Also should I just put it in a layer or in a movie clip? If movie clip how do I do that?
I hope all this makes sense.
Sorry to ask so many questions, I spent an entire day yesterday trying to figure all this out and it is time to ask for help.
Thanks
