Sound question

I have a layer with a voice-over that runs the entire lengh of my movie. On another layer I have a background music loop. I want to stop that loop and start another about 3/4 of the way through the movie without effecting the voiceover. I tried the StopSound behavior, but it asks for an instance name which my sound doesn't seem to have. I can only edit the frame label. What's the best way to go about doing this?
