Sound of dial tone

We just installed a CUCM 7.x system. When you go off hook you hear dial tone and when you dial "9" you hear a different dial tone (higher pitch). Some users have asked if we can change the second dial tone to be the same as the first.

Is it possible to change the various dial tone files? If so - where would I look for that?

You can't change the tone but you can get rid of the secondary dialtone. Go to each route pattern and unselect the "provide outside dialtone" tab, then save the change.
