The sounds from my speaker for my computer started to give me something that appears distorted
I felt the speaker was bad so I bought another new one but after using the new speaker for about 10 days the same problem suffice
To troubleshoot the problem, I used these two speakers on another computer and it work ok
I cant think of anything but with the built in audio card
Any help and how to resolve this issue

This is Hard Drive forum - forum602 is general hardware - but I suspect you're correct about built in audio - so just buy a new sound card and disable the onboard one?

Re-install the audio drivers from the mobo installation disk. If that doesn't work, re-post in the Win98 or XP forum, whichever you are using. Also, give us the name and model of the motherboard.

If you've got the advanced controls enabled in the sound control panel it may be that the bass and/or treble controls have been pushed up too far. the same thing happens with the EQ in most media players as PC speakers are crap and the processors on most onboard cards too are unable to deal with the extra level.
