I am having a very strange problem as most flash problems turn out to be....

I have a movie with multiple scenes. Each scene has its own voice over. When the scene reaches the end of its timeline, there is a frame script the says stop() and waits for a user response. The problem is, on some of the scenes, the voiceover from the next screen plays a small bit before the timeline stops. I even tried to put a stopallsounds() action along with the stop action, and then I tried it on the timeline with the voiceover. Can;t see why this would occur at all, since it is only a small amount of the sound that begins to play... like a leak.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try moving the sound in your next scene 1 frame in ... if it started in frame 1, start it in frame 2. This may or may not work - I've seen situations where it did and others where it didn't. Where it didn't, I think people just rebuilt the FLA (and even then there's no guarantee of success).

If it doesn't work, post again and we'll discuss other means of playing audio in Flash.
