sound editing in web site to record, cut/trim, paste and save as wav file

Hi,

i am seeking advise on any web api for MVC that can perform sound editing in website. The sound should be able to record voice, playback,stop,pause, cut/trim, paste the audio and also save to the server from the client web browser as wav file.

is there any off the shelf web application which can achieve the above or can i use a web api to develop the sound editor ?
