Hi all, I just bought a new soundcard for my xp pc, it is stating This device cannot find enough free resources that it can use. (Code 12)

If you want to use this device, you will need to disable one of the other devices on this system. i have 384 megs ram, what is this refering to , should i try to put it in another slot???

It has nothing to do with your memory its refering to IRQ Interrupts/resources. It is most probably an IRQ conflict with other devices on your PC. Open your device manager and check your IRQ for conflicts.
Some times moving the sound card to a different PCI slot can solve the problem.
