Sound Blaster Audigy 4 RIS Drivers

I'm having trouble getting the SB drivers to install when i use RIS the driver is copied over and installs (well all of the correct files are listed) but when i look in device manager it has an exclemation mark against it. If i uninstall the driver and then reinstall using computer management it finds the inf files in the $OEM$ folder and adds the driver correctly.

All of my other third party drivers work correctly except this does anyone else use these cards with RIS or as a silent/slipstreamed install?

Using Server 2003 SP1 RIS and XP SP2.
