I set up oscommerce to handle the merchandise for a charity's Club Store. It is a great product, but the presentation of attributes is less than desireable.

I set up a Size category with a range of sizes from Small to XXXL. Unfortunatelt, no matter how I enter the size names, the list gets displayed in a totally random order in the browser. I found a way to sort the menu itself, but not how to sort attributes. My site is at hcca.org/clubStore/

How do I present the sizes in a logically sorted order from Small to XXXL? Thanks in advance.

One way is to add a column to (I think) the products_attributes table. Call it "sort order". Then modify the query which pulls attributes for a product to display, the query sorts by that column.

You'll also have to modify the admin pages to be able to administer the sort order.

Thanks, but it looks like there is already an id field, and this field runs sequentially from Small to XXXL. Is there any way to use this existing field and sort on it. What would the syntax be to perform the sort and display the results, thanks for the help
