Sorting the GAL

Is there a way to sort the GAL from First Name, Last TO Last name, First?

Modify the "Display Name" field on all users to Last, First. If you have more than 100 users to do this to, then take a look at the ADModify.net tool. Just google search for that keyword and download it. It can do that kind of mass update.
