Hello,
I have a very large spreadsheet with over 12,000 rows. I have approx. 200 shaded cells in one column. Can anyone tell me how to sort this column based on the shaded cell. All shaded cells are shaded the same color (e.g. Yellow in this case) Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks!!! :)

scan2k,

No way with worksheet functions.

What is/was the criteria for the shading?

Is is explicit shading or Conditional Formatting?

:)

If at all possible, use the logic that determined the shading to produce some kind of value result in a cell - trust me, it'll be faaaaaaaaaaar easier in the long run
