I have a report that has a column of numbers based on a formula that includes a running total. Is there a way to sort on those numbers?

Thanks
Gene

Pretty vague description...

The formula uses a running total field?

Rather than describing your issue using text, try posting example data, what the formula is doing, and desired output.

My apologies, the formula does not contain a running total field. I had inserted the # sign in the formula name.
I'm using CR8.0 SQL2K.

My formula is
{@TotalT4}%{@#_Contacts_SubTopic}

@TotalT4 is
WhilePrintingRecords;
NumberVar RunningT;
RunningT := RunningT + {@TotalT2}

@#_Contacts_SubTopic is
count({root_cause_accts_detail.ACCOUNT_NUMBER},{root_cause_accts_detail.SUBTOPIC_DESC})

This gives me a percentage number. I want to be able to sort on that percentage number, but when I try to sort, it doesn't give me that field as an option to sort by.

Hope this helps. I don't post much here..
