Sorting records on a DBGRID

How can I sort records on a DBGrid, depending on which Column Title I click? For example, if my DBGrid has 3 fields: "Name", "Last Name" and "City". I want to sort the records alphabetically by last name by clicking on the "Last Name" Column Title, I know I have done it before, but it's been too long since I toyed with Delphi.
BTW, i'm running Deplhi 5.
