Sorting programs in Start/program list 2

When i click on Start, then select Programs I notice that I have folders followed by indiv programs followed by more folders. Is there any way to sort the list either alphabetically or folders first followed by indiv pgms?
 
Sort by date Sort by votes
Right click on the list and select sort by name, press ALT B
