Sorting Problems

My reports were working properly until the database administrator changed the userid and password to the database. Now the reports are not sorting properly. I've changed the password and userid and did a refresh. I don't know what is causing it and what the solution is.

Yes. we verified database and set the location also. We are using CR 6.

Can't imagine why changing the authentication info would affect the sort.

What are your group and sort fields in this report?
What is the sort doing that is wrong?
Can you change the Sort or Group in this report?
