I an interested in the oucome of this question too.
The only way I have found to achieve this is by creating the parameters in the specified order in the first place.
Go to the Field Explorer (Insert, Field Object) and when you click on any of the parameters you can use the "up arrow" or "down arrow" in the toolbar of that dialog to change the order of the parameters.
