Hi All,

Using CR2008, SAP bex as source

Report displays data for Store#, store name, $sales1, $sales2, $variance(Sales1-Sales2).
Report is group by Store#
I need to sort the report by the highest variance. How can I do this?

I have added @Variance to the record sort expert; but doesn't seem to work it only sorts by the group (store#)

Appreciate all of your advice.

TIA,
RR

Try this,
create a group summary on @Variance formula.. summary can be maximum/minimum for that group.
Then go to group sort expert and select your formula and select descending.

Hi Dev; Thank you for the reply. I have tried your suggestion and works.

Thanks again,
RR
