sorting items

I have items that I need to navigate from top left to right
then back to left to right till the last item then it starts from the top left to right again.
Right now, my cursor is jumping from left to bottom to middle.
Can anyone tell me what I need to change in the property's window to have my cursor go in the order that I want it to navigate the items on a block?

You may specify Next Navigation Item/ Previous Navigation Item properties to override default navigation order.
