Access 2007 - I have a table with hyperlinks to Word Documents. The display text for the hyperlinks are W 1.0, W 1.1, W 2.0 ect. I want to add a new link to the existing table say W 1.0.1 and keep them in order (this should come after W 1.0). The only way I found was to add a second column and number 1 - whatever then sort on this column. I got this but my problem is I then have a FORM that lists these hyperlinks in a dropdown box. For some reason they are not sorted, the one I added is at the end of the list. Even if I set it to view 2 columns it shows the out of order. Why is the order from the table not coming through at the Form??

Try using a SQL SELECT for the control's recordsource, and add an ORDER BY clause there.

Ever notice how fast Windows runs? Me neither.
