Sorting Groups...

Ext. # of Calls Duration Cost

2810 11 00:23:42 12,078,000.00
2813 6 00:07:35 0.00
2813 26 00:38:16 1,584,000.00

As you can see in the example above, I'm grouping Incoming Calls according to Extensions, No the problem is when I'm trying sort them either by Duration or Cost, it sorts them in Extensions, not between extensions... I want to sort them like this (if it is according to duration):

Ext. # of Calls Duration Cost

2813 6 00:07:35 0.00
2810 11 00:23:42 12,078,000.00
2813 26 00:38:16 1,584,000.00

If you are gouping by extension, why are there 2 groups for extension 2813 ?

If you want to group by duration, and the sort by the shortest duration to the longest, use the TopN/Sort group expert.

cuz i'm also grouping it according to type of tariff, and I have Local, National and international types of tariffs, when I use the TopN/Sort group I can only see ado.Typeoftariffs and fields related with that...

ok fellows, this is how my report looks like, I'm grouping it according to extension and area type, so I'm getting count of extensions (as number of calls) and sum of duration for those extensions... But i cannot sort my record according to Duration, cuz it sorts in each extension and area, for example in first one it sorts 11 records inside this group...

Question: How am I gonna sort according to duration field, so i want it to look like this:
