Hello,
I have a database of transactions for many customers. I need to pull out a report of the Top twenty customers. Top twenty as in revenue. Numerous customers have completed numerous transactions. I created a group to get a total of all profit by each customer. Now I need to pull out the Top twenty profit building customers. How can I do this?? Since I used a group I can't make the profit field the top sort order to pull out the top twenty. Any Ideas would be greatly appreciated.

sorry little new to crystal How do I use top N to complete this?

Under Report there is a selection Top N/Sort Group expert (unless you are using old Crystal you didn't mention the version). The expert should take you through the steps you need.
