I have just recently started using FMP, last Tuesday, and I am trying to set up a form for our online orders, which are sent from our provider in an Excel Spreadsheet.
I have set up a form in FMP the way we need the information to print out, but I have not been able to figure out how to import the Excel SS in the order I have the form in FMP set up.
For example: The information on the Excel SS is in Cell 1A and I need to import that to f6 in FMP.
Is there a way to set the FMP fields so it will automatically sort the cells from Excel to FMP, or will I need to edit every Excel SS before importing it?

you shouldn't have to do either.. if you import the excel file, you can match up fields during import- if you want to save that import order, create a script with the import step in it. when you close the script and it asks if you want to keep or replace the import order, choose replace and it will save yours. then when you import next time, the work will be done for you
