Sorting Excel

I have created a recordset in Access and exported it to Excel using the Excel CopyRecordset command. Now I want to sort the data.

the first time I run the module, it works fine. The second time, with no changes in anything, I get an error - Method sort of global worksheet fails. If I quit Access and come back, it works fine, the first time.

Any ideas what I'm doing wrong or not doing?
