Hello
In MS Word 2000, select Tools/Envelopes and Lables and then click Address Book. This displays the Outlook Contacts names and addresses. Whereas it is possible in Outlook to sort and select by surname, this does not seem to be the case in Word where the preference would also be to select by surname.
Am I missing something?
