I was wondering if there is a way to sort, in alphabetical order, contact information in office that will be printed out for a rolodex.

OR can i print rolodex labels from outlook

Tools-Mailmerge. Choose labels. Choose the rolodex cards or other label that will fit on rolodex cards.

Create the mailmerge by following the mailmerge helper and using "address book" for your data source.

You'll also need to do a query, from which you should be able to sort by a specific field or fields. If you can't, export your Outlook address book to an Excel file and run the mailmerge off of it.
